I had a terrific experience working with Erica on purchasing my first home. I was a total newbie to the process and didn’t know a lot about the right questions to ask, what to look for, what to watch out for, how to make an offer, etc. She was there every step of the way, without making me feel like I was ‘in-over-my head.’ She seemed to read and seamlessly adjust to my style, pace, and preference when it came to identifying properties to view and the actual showings.
